Tenant Representation:

From 2020-2023 I helped a client navigate through supply chain issues brought on by Covid. They needed more space, fast. We ended up subleasing 3 different spaces at below market rates and made sure all the expiration dates were coterminous. When the supply chain stabilized in 2023 we consolidated into a 100,000 SF warehouse/distribution space. Later in 2023 we leased a new corporate headquarters that was half office and half showroom in a creative flex building with a turn-key Tenant Improvement package and generous free rent.

Parkrose Business Center - achieved 100% occupancy multiple times. Over 100 transactions negotiated here.
